Secondary School Behaviour Support Specialist

Madison Reign Ltd is working with a Good Ofsted rated mainstream Secondary School in the North London area, seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to join their team.
About the role- Full-time position, 5 days a week
- 35 hours per week, 7 hours a day
- Daily rate: £85 - £115
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with students who require behavioural support and special needs assistance
- Liaise with Lead Mentor/Class Teacher to develop effective strategies for managing student behaviour
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-equipped school with strong transport links, located in a desirable area of North London.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role
- Up-to-date DBS check required
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
