Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Secondary School Behavioural Support Professional to join our team at the Wayman Learning Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with students who require additional support in a secondary school setting in Southwark.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To deliver one-to-one support to students with behavioural difficulties, developing behaviour intervention plans and managing classroom behaviour.
  • To work closely with teachers and other staff members to promote positive relationships and well-being among students.
  • To contribute to the development of behaviour policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and alignment with school goals.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in behaviour management, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
  • A clear DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
