Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a secondary school in Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with students who have behavioural difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a PRU, youth work or Behaviour setting and possess Team Teach training. However, what's most important is having the right attitude: being proactive, taking initiative, flexible, and having a passion for supporting students with complex needs.

This role involves supporting students on a 1:1 basis within classroom settings, focusing on their academic development in a confident and consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students with behavioural difficulties in a secondary school setting
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop strategies for supporting individual students
  • Providing one-to-one support to students, promoting their academic and social development

Requirements:

  • Experience working with PRU students, SEN, or in educational environments
  • Passion for working with students with behavioural difficulties
  • Confident personality and ability to work independently
  • Relevant experience in Physical Intervention, Counselling, Sports coaching, or Youth Work

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Immediate start dates available (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm)
  • Ongoing professional development and support
