At Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Behavioural Support Professional to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be working in a PRU (Pupil Referral Unit) based in central London, supporting students from primary through to secondary age groups who require education outside of mainstream settings due to their needs.

We offer an estimated salary range of £100-£120 per day, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment that values employee well-being and career development.

  • Supporting students with challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Class sizes will be no more than 6 students
  • Working 1:1 and within small groups
  • Supporting young people with their learning needs
  • Building strong and meaningful relationships

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a school or relevant setting supporting challenging behaviour
  • A passion for helping young people succeed
  • Flexibility to support across the school in primary and secondary if needed
