Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team at Lt Support in Chelmsford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that promote academic achievement and personal growth.

About the Role:
  • To foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that address the needs of diverse learners.
  • Support pupils in achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans.
  2. To assess pupil progress and provide regular feedback.
  3. To contribute to the school's daily operations.
Salary and Benefits:

Requirements:

Candidates with SEMH/SEN experience are preferred.
