Job Title: Behavioural Support Assistant

Innovative and thriving Future Education Pupil Referral Unit in London Borough of Greenwich is seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a male student diagnosed with ADHD, SEMH & Behaviour difficulties at KS4.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-on-one support to the student with behavioural challenges in and outside the school setting.
  2. Develop and implement effective behaviour intervention plans tailored to the student's needs.
  3. Monitor and record student progress and behaviour, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  4. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and external professionals to support the student's educational and behavioural goals.
  5. Employ various behaviour management techniques and strategies to promote positive behaviours.
  6. Assist in the development of social skills, coping mechanisms, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Provide crisis intervention and support during behavioural incidents, ensuring the safety of the student.
  8. Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct.

Salary: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
