Parker Smith Inclusion Ltd is a leading provider of educational support services, and we are seeking an experienced and passionate Behavioural Support Assistant to join our team.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for someone who is keen to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to overcome their challenges and reach their goals.

About the Role
  • This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, providing the chance to build your experience and further your career in SEND/SEMH.
  • You will be working in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting, supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, and learning difficulties.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people with SEND and/or SEMH, as well as a teaching assistant or learning support mentor background. You will need to be able to build strong and meaningful relationships with our students and provide tailored support to help them overcome their challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
