About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team in a Secondary School in Barnet.


As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will be supporting students 1-to-1 and in small groups, providing behaviour support and educational guidance.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students, develop their skills, and learn from experienced professionals.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Supporting students with challenging behaviour in a secondary school setting
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to provide effective behaviour support
  • Developing and implementing individual behaviour plans to meet student needs
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour

About You


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
