In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and therapists to develop and implement behaviour management strategies that promote positive relationships and academic success for students.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.

About the Role

As an Education and Behaviour Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing student needs, developing and implementing individualised behaviour plans, and providing training and support to teachers and support staff. You will also contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to behaviour management and pupil welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and timely records detailing each student's progress
