Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students facing behavioural challenges.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff and parents.

Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural difficulties, is preferred.

A strong understanding of child development and effective behaviour management techniques is essential.

This role requires a proactive and empathetic individual who can build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
