Behaviour Specialists for SEN Schools

We are seeking a highly motivated Behaviour Specialist to work in a Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea. As a Behaviour Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management or working with young people. You will work closely with the school's Pastoral Team to implement effective behaviour management strategies and ensure students are supervised throughout the school day.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position available for graduates or experienced Behaviour Mentors.
- You will work in a supportive and inclusive academy that nurtures talent and inspires students to excel.
- The salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
