Primary School Behaviour Support Specialist

We are recruiting a Primary School Behaviour Support Specialist to support students with SEMH and autism in mainstream primary schools in North London.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour, including verbal and physical outbursts, and be able to use their expertise to help these children manage their emotions and access learning.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who provide support and guidance to senior management and teaching staff within the school.
As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting pupils with SEMH and autism in mainstream primary schools
- Using your expertise to help pupils manage emotions and behaviour
- Helping pupils access learning and socialise with peers
- Building strong relationships with pupils and their families
The salary for this role is estimated at £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
