VNA Education is seeking a highly skilled SEN Mentor to support students with complex needs at a primary school in Tower Hamlets.
This role requires a professional with expertise in SEN strategies and a passion for making a difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN, tailoring interventions to individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.
- Contribute to ongoing professional development, sharing best practices in SEN education.
What We're Looking For:
- Significant experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a primary setting.
- Expertise in SEN strategies and assessment techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Estimated Salary: £12,000 - £13,500 per year (based on 40 hours/week).
