Educator for Primary SEN Setting

Rikama Education is seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in a primary SEN school in the London Borough of Bexley.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEN children and be able to provide individualised support to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with SEN in a one-to-one setting and in small groups
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the needs of students
- Communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
