Behaviour Management Specialist

The role of a Behaviour Management Specialist is to work in a Mainstream school, managing challenging behaviour and overseeing the inclusion room. This position requires an individual with excellent behaviour management skills and at least 1 year of experience working with challenging behaviour.
Job Overview- This Behaviour Management Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve student behaviour.
- They will also provide guidance and support to teachers on how to manage challenging behaviour in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the inclusion room and developing programmes to support students with challenging behaviour.
- Providing training and support to staff on behaviour management techniques.
- Collaborating with teachers to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with complex needs.
Requirements:
- An enhanced DBS is required for this role, as well as at least 1 year of experience working with challenging behaviour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Estimated Salary: £90-£120 per day
