Learning Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a Learning Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Uniform Education. As a Learning Behaviour Specialist, you will work in a variety of school settings, providing support to students with adverse behaviours.
You will be responsible for implementing strategies to promote positive engagement, managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours, and collaborating with teachers and other staff members to develop individualized behaviour plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in PRU settings (although not essential).
- Trainings in subjects such as Conflict Resolution or Team Teach.
- Resilience, empathy, and the ability to set clear boundaries.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
