Job Title: Behavioural Specialist SEMH Support

We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Specialist to join our team at a Lewisham secondary school. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with SEMH needs and will be able to develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students manage behaviours, improve social skills, and build self-confidence.
  • Collaborate with the SENCO and teaching staff to design and adjust personalised interventions.
  • Observe and assess student progress, contributing to reports and feedback.
  • Encourage positive behaviour through mentorship and goal setting.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Lewisham, London
