Job Description: We are seeking a Behavioural Intervention Assistant to work with students across all ages in one of our SEMH / EBD schools, alternative provisions, PRUs or Primary Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support students with SEMH statements to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
  2. Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement behaviour management strategies.
  3. Use initiative and work well under pressure to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with children with EBD, SEMH, and other challenging behaviours.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar roles in West London.
