About the Position
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified pupils, focusing on behaviour management and personal development.
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to address specific behavioural issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive student support.

We anticipate the salary for this role to be approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per year, based on industry standards.

  • Previous experience working with children or young people in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
