About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a Mainstream Secondary School in Romford. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will provide group-based support to learners with behaviour and attendance issues.

Responsibilities:
  1. Developing strategies to manage challenging behaviour
  2. Collaborating with teachers and support staff
  3. Supporting the Assistant Head

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating pupils with challenging behaviour, additional qualifications related to children, and a calm, patient approach to working with children.
