Key Responsibilities:

As Student Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for student welfare, supporting staff, coordinating behaviour systems, and working closely with parents and carers.

You will work collaboratively with learners and parents/carers to promote positive behaviour among all learners and help them overcome barriers to learning, including challenging behaviour.

You will also coach, support, and train staff to implement behaviour interventions.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
