Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in London. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with academics, staff, and students.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working on a hybrid model with two days in the office and three days from home. The role involves providing administrative support for projects related to student attendance, modules, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative assistance to project-based work surrounding student attendance monitoring
  • Setting up student registers on the university system and identifying cases of non-engagement
  • Supporting large-scale projects related to modules and assessments, including process-driven data work
  • Monitoring diaries and shared inboxes, providing exceptional customer service to stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in administration within Higher Education, with an understanding of the student lifecycle
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly using Excel and virtual learning systems
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a competitive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
