About the Job:

The SEND Group Coordinator will play a vital role in providing support to students with complex needs in Acton, Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or experienced professionals looking to make a difference in the lives of young people.

Job Description:
  • Group Coordination: Oversee the daily care and coordination of a small group of students, ensuring their needs are met and they receive a supportive and structured environment.
  • Therapeutic Approaches: Collaborate with teachers to implement therapeutic approaches and promote school values, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to supporting students.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as education or child development.
  • Experience working with children with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
