We are seeking a Neurodiversity and SEMH Specialist to join our Clinical Team at Kestrel House School. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership team and the Locality Clinical Lead to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our students.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, or psychology, with experience of working with individuals with neurodiverse conditions and SEMH needs. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Work collaboratively with the Clinical Team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of staff training and consultation programs
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes

Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience
