We are looking for a dedicated Care Coordinator for Neurodiverse Students to join our team at RIBBONS AND REEVES in Acton, Ealing.

In this role, you will lead on behaviour management, supporting therapeutic approaches and promoting school values to create a positive and structured environment for growth.

You will work closely with a team of subject-specific teachers to provide a stable environment for students with complex needs, including ASC and SEMH.

The successful candidate will be a graduate with a background in child-centred roles, passionate about making a difference in students' lives.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
