Support Assistant for Neurodiverse Students

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Assistant for Neurodiverse Students to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited.
In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to provide tailored support and create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and experience in developing and implementing individualized support plans.
We offer a generous salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering targeted support to students with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Participating in regular progress meetings to monitor student outcomes
