About the Job

As an LSA, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. You'll work with small groups of students, assisting them with academic work, emotional development, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related area is preferred, with at least a C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • SEN experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • **Salary:** £18,000 - £22,000 per annum
