Learning Facilitator for Neurodiverse Students

Job Description: As a Psychological Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs at Academics Ltd in Reading. You will work closely with professionals like psychologists and therapists to develop and implement individualized support plans.

">Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with Autism, ADHD, speech and communication challenges, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to help students achieve their goals.
- Work closely with professionals like psychologists and therapists.
- Provide emotional support and create an engaging classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field.
- GCSE Maths and English grades C or above.
- Experience working with SEN students is a bonus but not required.
Salary Details:
We offer a competitive salary of £83-£95 per day, based on your experience and qualifications.
