About the Position:
We are looking for a Learning Assistant for Students with SEN to join our dedicated team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with diverse needs, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, adapting your approach to meet their unique requirements. You will also contribute to the development of inclusive lesson plans, working closely with teachers to ensure that all students feel valued and supported.

Key Tasks:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, using a range of techniques and strategies to promote engagement and understanding
  • Collaborate with teachers to create inclusive lesson plans, taking into account the diverse needs of students
  • Monitor student progress, identifying areas where additional support may be required

Working Environment: Mixed mainstream secondary academy in Haringey
Estimated Salary: £27,500 per annum
