Learning Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Behaviour Specialist to join our team in Waltham Forest. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children and being involved in challenging behaviour management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a 1:1 basis with a learner to provide support and guidance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve behaviour and engagement
Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a top graduate or experienced professional with a strong background in education and behaviour support. A salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum is available for this rewarding role.
