A Behaviour and Learning Support Professional is required to work in a dedicated secondary school in Lewisham, providing essential support to students with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

This role involves developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies, providing 1:1 and small group support, and collaborating with the SENCO and teaching staff to design and adjust personalised interventions.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Proven experience supporting students with SEMH needs in an educational or related setting.
  • A positive patient attitude with excellent communication and empathy skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt behaviour plans as students' needs evolve.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
