Behavioural Support Specialist

As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will be working in mainstream primary schools with a need for extra Behaviour Support. Your role will involve supporting inclusive learning by accommodating the needs of children with SEMH and EHCPs. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with children with SEMH needs, collaborating with and following guidance of the faculty, SENDCo and SEN professionals to aid the holistic development of pupils. You will also guarantee a safe and equitable environment for all children.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £475-500 per week, paid weekly via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay. This is a term-time only position, making it ideal for those who want to maintain a healthy work-life balance. About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a strong, determined, and dedicated individual with a passion for working with children. The ideal candidate will have a First-Class Degree from a Top 20 UK University and experience working with SEND children/Behavioural Difficulties. They will be eager to learn and apply themselves fully, willing to hit the ground running, and have a desire to work in education in the future.
