As our UK Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our UK operations, leading a high-performing team of experts to deliver impactful projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the vision for BIT UK and drive performance towards this vision.
  • Manage a team of senior leaders, including advisory directors and heads of key functions.
  • Build the capability of the UK team, ensuring we have the right skills and talent to deliver top-quality work.
  • Maintain a happy and motivated team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the Global Leadership Team to create conditions for BIT to be the best it can globally, delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Project Delivery
  • Ensure the successful delivery of large-scale, high-impact projects for clients, balancing quality, methodological innovation, and financial sustainability.
  • Oversee business development and bidding activities, including line management of the Head of Growth and direct support to the team in securing new clients and expanding our portfolio of projects.
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting, productive relationships with senior-level clients and partners.
Commercial Success
  • Drive positive social impact in our work, ensuring we maintain a focus on how our work can help the world.
  • Ensure BIT thrives commercially by delivering projects on time and within budget, effectively utilising the UK team on client projects, and complying with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
