About the Role
">We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Behaviour Management Specialist to join our team at Ark Putney Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the strategic leadership of the academy, ensuring effective behaviour management systems and procedures are consistently implemented.
This role requires a confident and experienced leader of behaviour management who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage large groups of students in a complex inner-city environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in establishing effective, appropriate relationships with challenging young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities
">Developing and implementing effective behaviour management systems and procedures

Requirements
">Experience in leading and managing behaviour in a school or educational setting
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with challenging young people and their families
Ability to develop and implement effective behaviour management systems and procedures
Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary of £39,530 per annum (pro rata for term time) and a range of benefits including 26 days paid holiday per year and enrolment in the local government pension scheme.
