Specialist Behaviour Therapist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Behaviour Therapist to provide behaviour support services for a successful SEMH school in the London Borough of Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour change.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4pm, ongoing long-term contract, starting immediately. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with complex needs and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and develop behaviour plans for students with SEMH needs
- Provide individualised support to students using evidence-based behaviour management strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement behaviour plans
- Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust behaviour plans accordingly
**Requirements:**
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, education)
- Extensive experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Strong knowledge of behaviour management strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Estimated Salary:** £96,300 - £115,400 per year (£90 - £110 per day)
