DBT Specialist Therapist

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced DBT Specialist Therapist to join our CAMHS team at West London NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide specialist assessment and intervention for young people aged 12-18 who present with persistent self-harm and suicidal behaviour, which may be in the context of emotional dysregulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver intensive DBT training to teams and individuals
- Develop and maintain clinical guidelines and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective interventions
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Counselling Psychology or related field
- Postgraduate accredited training in DBT or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
