About the Role

The Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for working with individuals with personality disorders, providing therapeutic interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with personality disorders.
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate therapy groups, including MBT and DBT.
  • Act as a Lead Professional for a caseload of clients, providing long-term support and guidance.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage risk to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Relevant core professional qualification and registration.
  • Training/knowledge of therapies relevant to personality disorder, including MBT and DBT.

  • Substantial postgraduate training/qualifications relevant to personality disorder or models of practice.
  • Experience of working therapeutically with individuals with personality disorders.
