We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Occupational Therapist to lead a small team at Priory Hospital North London.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a mental health setting and be able to provide assessments, groups, and individual sessions across three departments.

They will also be required to support with complex private patients on occasion and contribute to the development of our CDP pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead a small team of occupational therapists

Requirements:

  • Accredited Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • HCPC registration in place
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience of working within a MDT setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of CPAs
  • Ability to deliver ADL assessments
  • A high standard of report writing
  • Team-player
  • Positive attitude
