Your Responsibilities

You will need an MSc and/or BCBA qualification in ABA, plus practical experience of working with young people with complex behavioural needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing assessment, design, and analysis of ABA programmes
  • Providing direct support to young people with autism and/or learning disability
  • Training and supporting Behaviour Support Therapists
  • Leading programme development and implementation
