About Our School

We are a mainstream Primary School with a need for extra Behaviour Support. Our school values diversity and inclusivity, and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all our pupils.

We are seeking a Behavioural Intervention Coordinator to join our team, who will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Behaviour Support and experience working with children with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing behaviour support plans in collaboration with teachers and other support staff.
  • Providing individualised support to children with SEMH needs.
  • Collaborating with parents and carers to ensure consistent behaviour support across home and school settings.

Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of Behaviour Support principles and practices.
  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £49,500 per annum (£475-500 per week via PAYE, inclusive of holiday pay).
  • Term-time only contract.
