Behaviour Intervention Specialist

Academics Ltd is seeking a skilled Behaviour Intervention Specialist to support students in Maidenhead. The role involves fostering a nurturing environment, providing tailored interventions, and promoting healthy coping strategies.

  • Foster trusting relationships with students to promote their well-being and resilience
  • Assist with classroom activities to ensure students are engaged and participating
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents
  • Help model healthy coping strategies and social skills

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with students to implement individualised support for those with autism, while maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
