Job Description: Future Education Pupil Referral Unit requires an experienced 1:1 Behaviour Intervention Specialist to work closely with a male student diagnosed with ADHD, SEMH & Behaviour difficulties at KS4.

This role demands expertise in developing and implementing behaviour intervention plans, as well as the ability to foster strong relationships with educators, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Offer intensive support to the student in overcoming behavioural challenges within and outside the classroom.
  2. Create bespoke behaviour intervention plans that cater to the student's distinct needs and objectives.
  3. Monitor and document student progress, providing actionable insights for educators and external professionals.
  4. Cultivate collaborative partnerships with teachers, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for the student.
  5. Apply research-backed behaviour management strategies to drive positive outcomes.
  6. Support the student's development of essential life skills, such as social skills, coping mechanisms, and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Respond proactively to behavioural incidents, prioritising the student's safety and well-being.
  8. Engage in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of emerging trends and best practices in behaviour support and education.
  9. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality throughout this role.

Salary Range: £85 - £100 per day (dependent on experience)
