Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Intervention Assistant to join our team in Westminster, working with primary-aged children who require additional support due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Emotional Needs.


Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement behaviour support strategies, promoting positive relationships between students and educators.
  2. Collaborate closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of Behaviour Support services, enhancing student outcomes.
  3. Monitor and maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, providing valuable insights for educators.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, showcasing expertise in behaviour intervention.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
