Welfare and Support Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Pastoral Support Assistant to join our dedicated team at RIBBONS AND REEVES. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in promoting the welfare, mental health, and overall wellbeing of our students.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include supervising students during lesson breaks, organizing daily routines, and developing strong relationships with staff and students. You will also contribute to creating a safe and supportive learning environment, essential for the growth and development of our students.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents. A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and promoting positive behaviour is crucial for success.
