Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Welfare and Administration Officer to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires someone who has excellent communication skills, is fluent in English, and ideally has a community language.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of welfare and administrative tasks, as well as the ability to work independently and have good organisational skills. They will be responsible for managing and monitoring pupil attendance, as well as supervising and interacting with children.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be able to work independently, and have good organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor pupil attendance
  • Supervise and interact with children, manage their behaviour, and provide first aid when necessary
  • Have good IT skills and be methodical and accurate
  • Have good organisational skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

Salary: £18,795 - £19,079 per annum. This is a temporary to permanent contract.
