About the Role: Welfare Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a school prioritising a positive learning environment. As a Welfare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive necessary support. Responsibilities include liaising with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies, as well as managing student attendance and welfare records.

To succeed in this role, candidates must have a caring and empathetic approach to working with children, experience working with children, and strong administrative skills. Knowledge of safeguarding policies and commitment to ensuring students' safety and well-being is also essential.

We offer a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of £25,000, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, and access to ongoing professional development.
