Welfare and Wellbeing Coordinator

Are you passionate about supporting students' wellbeing? As a Welfare and Wellbeing Coordinator with Teaching Personnel, you will make a real difference in the lives of young people.
This role involves providing individualised support and guidance to students, helping them navigate emotional, social, and academic challenges. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to student welfare.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing welfare programs, including workshops, group sessions, and one-to-one meetings. Your expertise in child development, safeguarding practices, and mental health issues will help you create a safe and supportive environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in a relevant field and significant experience working with children and young people. We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
