Job Title: Child Welfare Services Coordinator
Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Child Welfare Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate the delivery of our child welfare services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between our team members, local authorities, and foster carers.
Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum
Job Description:
You will be responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of our child welfare services, ensuring compliance with agency policy and legislation. You will work closely with our team of social workers to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning and implementation of our child welfare services
- Develop and maintain accurate records, including case notes and reports
- Collaborate with local authorities and foster carers to develop and implement effective care plans
- Communicate effectively with team members, local authorities, and foster carers
- Identify and escalate any safeguarding issues that may arise
Requirements:
- CQSW, DipSW, BA Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
