Job Overview

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is a leading provider of specialist social work services. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Child Welfare Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and progress care plans in line with national and local procedures.
  • Ensure that the health and education needs of all children in care are met in accordance with National Standards.
  • Carry a caseload of complex cases, providing support and guidance to families and carers.
  • Record to a high standard, capturing the voice of the child.

Requirements:
  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Registration with the relevant health professional council/governing body (Social Care England).
