Key Responsibilities

As a Housing Advice Worker, you will:

  • Provide an effective housing management service, working with multi-agency partners and within relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Complete welfare checks, make safeguarding referrals, monitor and update cases, and work in partnership with multi-agency partners.

Additionally, you will have experience of working in a housing environment, including dealing with cases of nuisance and harassment in a housing management context and a good knowledge of relevant legislation and of tenancy enforcement.
